1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Foodies Pakistan (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use this Platform.

3. Reservations

Reservations are subject to restaurant availability. By making a reservation, you agree to arrive on time. Repeated no-shows may result in temporary suspension of booking privileges. Cancellation policies vary by restaurant and will be displayed at the time of booking.

4. Payments & FoodiePay

All payment transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (JazzCash). Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All financial calculations use integer-based Paisa accounting for precision. Platform fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed before payment.

5. Prime Subscription

Prime membership provides discounts and benefits as described on the subscription page. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Discounts are applied automatically and cannot be combined beyond the restaurant's maximum stacked discount limit.

6. Reviews & Content

Users are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of their reviews. Reviews must be based on genuine dining experiences. Foodies Pakistan reserves the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines, contain abusive language, or appear fraudulent.

7. Restaurant Partners

Restaurant listings are provided by partner establishments. Foodies Pakistan is not responsible for the quality of food, service, or accuracy of restaurant information. Disputes should be directed to the restaurant first, then escalated to our customer support if unresolved.

8. Foodie Coins & Rewards

Foodie Coins are earned through platform activities (bookings, reviews, referrals). Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency. The conversion rate and redemption rules are determined by Foodies Pakistan and may be modified at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

Foodies Pakistan provides the Platform “as is” and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access or error-free operation. In no event shall Foodies Pakistan be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
